A Naturopathic Consultation with Maureen starts with you downloading the Health History Forms below, filling them out, and emailing them to osteospychspirit@gmail.com.

You can then book a virtual or in person appointment.  

During your initial appointment you might receive advise on alternative therapies, lifestyle recommendations, natural supplements which you can order on her online dispensary (or buy at your local store) .  Our goal is always to identify the root cause to effect change, if possible, not just mask symptoms.

Maureen's Naturopathic Consultations are truly HOLISTIC in that they take into account every aspect of your being and her solutions address your needs on every level.
